It has a removeable shoulder strap on the outside of the bag. There is a “pocket” on the inside of the bag which is also removable. The pocket is attached with clips. 

There are 4 outside pockets. 2 Aren’t made to have zippers and the other 2 have zippers. 
All zippers are fully functional. 

Scratches on Leather details. 
Edges are a bit worn out, but nowhere is there holes or problems, it’s just the look of the bag that has visible marks. 
It adds to the aesthetic. 
It’s vintage.
