A Hamster Chatimal!  🐹  plush toy interactive.  this is an extremely cute little guy.  He does have very light mark on his face... didn't want to get him wet🤔🤔🤔 or am I confused with the mogwai Gizmo?🤣😂🤣
No seriously  he has a battery pack inside which clumsy me didn't want to take a chance and damage.  When you squeeze his hand SOMETIMES he makes a noise, so THINK he would work with a battery change.. BUT I am not sure so therefor pricing  as not working. 
As far as I know he is suppose to repeat whatever you say???
