Lovely cotton and Spandex mix jumpsuit. The material had a nice stretch in it. 
No labels. However the buttons say New Name. Measurements are as follows :
Chest armpit to armpit lying flat is 43cm.
Srraps are adjustable. As you see it from top of shoulders to bottom hem =147cm rolled down
Groin to outer leg : 
30cm. Please feel free to ask for more measurements. It's really very versatile and the different shades of vibrant blue colours give it a different look to any other jumpsuit I've ever seen.
I'd say that it would look good on a 32 and a 34. She will draw attention wherever she goes and as comfortable as can be.
