Had the phone evaluated by the Apple Store and the price is aligned to what they had evaluated it as. The only wear and tear picked up was the battery health and unnoticeable scratches on the screen, otherwise in really good working use. 

Reason for sale is that I have upgraded my contract. 

Selling just the phone without a case and charger.
