Customised bed made by Bambino Boutique in May 2022.

The bed frame is fractionally bigger than a standard single, and fits a single mattress easily. 

Dimensions:
Floor —> top of frame: 185cm 
Floor —> top of railing: 112cm 
Top of mattress —> top of railing: 60cm (meaning no child aged 0-4 years could climb over) 
Length: 202cm 
Width: 105cm 

This bed is perfect from newborn until beyond. The full guardrail on all 4 sides means it’s suitable for babies. A gate with two locks are in the midpoint of the one side. This makes it easy to take your child in and out of bed. As it’s a single bed - it’s a perfect size to co-sleep with your baby. 

As toddlers, the high guardrail makes it impossible for them to climb or tip over. For bigger kids, you can take the rails down. 

It also comes with a trundle (under bed). You would need to purchase a customised mattress for the trundle (shallow depth). Or you could purchase the one we had customised one for an additional R900. You could also use this for storage. The trundle comes on wheels - so it’s easy to pull out. 

A bed set like this would easily cost you R8000. We are selling it for R3100 (1 firm mattress) or R4000 (both mattresses). 

This is for collection in Plattekloof Glen, Cape Town.  You would need to be present as we dissemble the bed in the room (so you can see how to reassemble it, in your child’s room). Unfortunately no deliveries.
