Sam Edelman genuine leather kitten heel pumps in a beautiful snakeskin pattern. Marked size 8W, which is a SA size 6. Gutted that these don't fit my size 5 feet. Similar shoes (see last image) retails for over R3000 in the Sam Edelman website.
