The cabinet is about 66,6 cm in Hight, 62 cm in Length and 16,1 cm in depth. It does have shelves, about 3 and can be moved. 
The holes are where the hooks can be placed and the shelves rest on the hooks. 
Does have a flaw, there are a bit of bumps/ dents in the wood at the bottom. See image 4 and 5 for the flaw.
