Marika brand parka / rain coat . Beautiful and sophisticated. Inner pocket and adjustable belt at waist for that hourglass look. Stunning . Size XL but would fit L also . 

Note : very faint smudge mark on lower pocket( see last pic )  but not noticeable. Sure it can be removed
