Berthold UK designer thick neoprene (also known as scuba material) asymmetrical panel low rise shorts. These are really unique and edgy. They sit above the knee/mid thigh. Belt loops. Zip fly. 
Made in the UK 🇬🇧 

Size 33 on label I would say they fit a size 32 comfortably and have stretch to them so could fit up to 34. 
These were bought in London from the designer’s store, probably about  10 years ago and they retail for thousands of rands.
