All Patterns are checked that each piece and sewing instructions are available and supplied in a Ziploc Bag. No refunds are allowed. All clothing is cleaned and supplied in plastic. All collectables are supplied and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and glass, China and porcelain are double boxed to prevent damage in transit.
