The metal bits have some scratches but you only notice it up close, it doesnt detract from the quality or look of the bag.

One surface scratch on the inside of the bag’s fabric (photo included), otherwise in good condition.

I bought it secondhand, so it is well loved and made a very long time ago. I had to upgrade to a bigger bag. This one is gorgeous but you can’t fit a ton of things into it.
