There’s a few wear marks on the shoe as shown in the last photo however It is not very noticeable. 
It’s also a bit dirty at the bottom of the shoe and in the sole.

It’s a creamy nude color as seen in the first 2 photos, in the other photos the lighting makes it look slightly different
