A rare vintage, a timeless leather pencil skirt by British designer Tristan Webber,  Supple & quality leather in a clean pencil silhouette, with panelled structure, she reflects the designers iconic legacy. 
Bought from a collection released for Debenhams in Dublin circa 2000, she's as relevant today as she was 25 years ago.
