Charging cable included 
This strap is not the original Apple strap (it discolored so I bought a new one of SHEIN which is perfect). However, as seen in picture 5, the medium half of the strap is still in its packaging which is included. 
The strap is white but you can easily buy any colour from the iStore or from SHEIN. 
The actual watch is silver. 
Screen protector is still on the watch which has one or two scratches (on the actual protector). 
On the edge of the watch (the silver border) there is a small dent/scratch (see picture 2)
