Sleepyhead (now DockATot) Deluxe.  This little thing was such a life saver for my newborn and he slept in it until he couldn't fit anymore.  It made him feel cocooned without making him hot as its 100% cotton and breathable.  Placed it in his bassinet originally and then later in his cot or in our bed.  Liked it specifically for my bed so we wouldn't roll onto the little one.  Slight yellowing where his head lay as per pic.
