Brand new 15W Solar Charger with USB Output.

This device works like a charm. I, personally, use it to charge my power banks and power my USB Fans during hot days (see third picture).

I've also used it on camping trips or whilst en-route to different provinces (when access to a wall plug is not practical or possible) and in places where cable theft is a  big issue. 

Currently, the one I'm using is on my roof and acts as an alternative power source.

It's 100% weather proof, so you can leave it outside permanently and then run the cable inside your home to wherever you want. The cable is about 15-20m long.

It also comes with the wall bracket and screws if you want to fix it in place permanently.
