This is a J.B.INC. pure wool with viscose lining waistcoat. The outer shell is dark blue wool, and the lining is a shiny, smooth viscose. It has a collar, four brassy buttons down the front and three shallow patch pockets at the waist. The scuff marks on the viscose seem intentional and part of the aesthetic.
