Good old handmade solid satchel type, leather bag from Swaziland.  I think this bag will last forever, it’s so strong and well made.
There is a dark patch on the back of the bag and it’s showing up quite dark and even more obvious in the pictures. 
The bag has a buckle closure, shoulder strap and an internal pocket.  In good clean vintage condition.
