Description: Buckingham Palace Souvenir Miniature Mantel Clock. 

English Fine Bone China from The Royal Collection, decorated with Pink and Gold Accents, including Two Cherubs in a Central Medallion and Floral Motifs.

This official chinaware is commissioned by Buckingham Palace and handcrafted in Stoke-on-Trent, England. The collection includes various items such as teacups, saucers, mugs, and sugar bowls, often finished with 22-carat gold detailing. Designs are inspired by royal residences, historical events, and national emblems. These items are available for purchase at Royal Collection Trust shops in London, Windsor, and Edinburgh. 

In 2000, Buckingham Palace souvenirs likely focused on the "The Edwardians: Age of Elegance" exhibition, which showcased the history and art of the period. Souvenirs from this time would have featured themes and designs from the Edwardian era to commemorate the exhibition. This exhibition, held at the Royal Residences, featured Art Nouveau and other popular designs from that historical period.

The clock was made as a commemorative souvenir item for the public or tourists to purchase, celebrating Buckingham Palace and the British monarchy.
