Selling a Lasa, multi- level cat activity tree tower un beautiful plus grey fabric.  It is in excellent, structurally perect condition anf has been cleaned and vacuumed. Skip the massive retail pet shop prices witg ready to use setup for your new kitten.

Honest sizibg and structural update:

The tower is 138cm tall. Base plate is 49cmx49cm.

My two kittens used it until now, but the wood is presswood. Due to weight the top plate of cave cracked. My brother-in-law replaced this plate with piece of compressed kitchen cupboard backing board. It is 100% structurally sound and studier then presswood plate of factory. Comes with Allen key for assembly.

It will work for small kittens up to 18 month of small cats. The cave is not for medium sized or grown size cat.
