Superbalist hooded wind breaker / water resistant parka. I wore this once, it was advertised as a rain jacket and it worked for a light drizzle, but I haven’t tested it for actual rain. I was too fat to wear anything warm under it, so it hasn’t made it out of the wardrobe again… it’s a single layer with no lining, but looks great. Best for layering. It has a full length zip and a drawstring waist.
