Back of phone is in perfect condition - always had protective cover, also comes with 2 different back covers- leather or gloss finish 
The screen is also perfect under the glass screen protector which is slightly damaged but I don't want to take it off so that if purchased the phone is protected for your use straight from the get go.
The battery works but does need to be charged quite often - a new battery for this device will make it like a brand new phone 
Comes with original Box as well as fast charger with charging cable
