Back shoulder measurement 48.5cm (see last pic).

The chest measurement from armpit to armpit is 51cm so I suspect it's a Medium. Shoulder to shoulder 49cm.
Make an offer if you are interested. Their jackets are expensive.

Ravi Sehgal is a private tailoring house known for custom-made menswear with hand-sewn elements - this jacket has hand-sewn stitching on the pockets and whole front outer (last pic).
