A crisp, delicate cotton blouse, with white embroidery and a scalloped neckline. Slightly boxy/cropped fit, and lovely beautiful with jeans or shorts.  Japanese brand called Simplicité. 100% cotton fabric, the embroidery thread is rayon. I wear a skin tone bra and do not find this transparent. 

I bought this last summer, but sadly never wore it. Too many little white shirts in my cupboard! She deserves to be worn and enjoyed.
