1891 Victorian Walking Ensemble

This two piece ensemble was inspired by an image of an African-American woman in 1891. The cropped jacket has leg-o-mutton sleeves and a contrasting pink has been handstitched as the lining. The full-length skirt is trumpet shaped with pleating at the back and a handsewn hem. It closes with a hook and bar at the back. There is one large pocket hidden in the side. 

Fit/Sizing: Skirt fits a 65-67cm waist. Jacket is a size small, think like a UK8. 

Composition:  Polyester upholstery fabric outer, jacket is lined with polyester taffeta and the hem of the skirt is lined with 

Condition: Only been worn twice, like new. Hem has a bit of staining from the ground. Blouse and belt not included.

Care: Machine washable, though keep it gentle and I'd recommend minimal washing of the skirt and jacket.
