Vintage Steel Toe CAT (caterpillar) shoes 

Good alternatives to Doc Martens 

Have been worn and used for years, in construction and on the streets. The steel toe allows for security and protection while working with heavy loads, this ruggedness is personified in the shape and design of the shoe, timeless, strong & classic. 

I've maintained them by wiping them down, polishing and rubbing leather treating wax on them so despite their age they appear years younger. 

There is however some obvious wear on the soles as well as the sole lifting on the front/side section of both shoes. This is on the inside of the shoe so it is not that noticable. I can repair this if need be for an extra R50, I know a cobbler that operates close to where I live.

Perfect for construction workers or pretentious, punk poets such as myself.
