Barely used and in pristine condition, without any scratches or knocks.

The battery indicator is sometimes a little confusing, if you are using the backlight a lot to scroll between music then it tends to display a lower battery, but as soon as you lock and unlock it, it displays a fuller battery again. It has actually done this right from the beginning when I bought it, so I think it's a manufacturing issue with the battery display and not the actual battery itself.
