Solid, comfortable couch in very good overall condition. The fabric underneath has come loose slightly (my cat 😅), but it can easily be fixed with a staple gun. There is also one spot on the extended section that is a bit more sensitive, but still completely usable — you just wouldn’t want to jump on that area.
