I can't prove that this is wool as there aren't labels . Someone's dressmaker had this made up for them . 
It has that characteristic roughness of pure wool . 
Length at the back 56cm and 59cm in front . 
Sleeve length 47cm .
Underarm to underarm across 46cm .
