I must confess I'm a Medium and HAD to wear it just once . 🙂 
It's 54cm across the chest and a cm more at the waist when the belt is not applied.  
The sleeves are 67cm from the shoulder but could be turned up to show the stripey lining . 
From the top of the collar it measures 80cm to the bottom . 
What a treasure !
