Strap on arm is cracked, can easily be cut off and used without. 
Inner zip working, but has come loose, probably an easy fix for someone with basic sewing experience. 
Two other places where material has torn (pulled apart), on the inside of the flap, and inside on the bag's seam. 
Otherwise, Normal wear on leather
