Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones.

I can vouch for the Sony XM3. 

I use the same series for gaming and music.
Sound and Noise cancellation are exceptional.

The headset does have a built-in microphone for phone calls however you will need a separate microphone for gaming. 

I bought the V-moda Boompro Michrophone. Works like a charm.
