This is a beautiful vintage Omega Genève ladies’ wristwatch – a classic mechanical (manual wind) timepiece made in Switzerland, featuring a gold-plated case, champagne dial, and a 17-jewel Omega movement (Cal. 485).

I had it looked at by a watch expert who confirmed it’s a rare and valuable piece, especially in today’s market. He estimated that, if fully serviced and cleaned, it could fetch R8,000 or more due to its collectability and Swiss heritage.
