Bought exactly 20 years ago (could be considered vintage now) and hasn't been used, but there are a few imperfections, it must have been purchased that way (from a market in London):
The tassels aren't all an even length, some are a bit bent from storage, I see one tassel is missing, and there is occasionally a tiny pull of a thread visible as a tiny loop (you have to really look for them though, there aren't many and are small - please see images).
