The exterior shows normal signs of wear from regular use but no major visible damage, and all buttons and speakers are intact except for the Bluetooth button, which has fallen off. The speaker still powers on, connects, and plays audio, but the battery is damaged and does not hold charge well, so it needs to stay plugged in for longer listening sessions. No charging cable or any extra cables are included with the speaker.
