For Both..both have attached ties,are convenient pants to put on in a hurry,..tested
The pleats are lovely and stay in shape❣️
Washing would not be a longer cycle,the colour of both pairs are versatile with tops to go with 
They are summery , comfortable and I've take care.. even a dunk in tub and hang to dry is perfect...the colours have never faded..I do my own washing 
Elasticated at waist and ties attached ,no sizes on clothing but 34 or 36 they are widish at bottom a nice flair,can dress them up and travelling great don't crease P's pats do not have to be on long cycles,I've looked after them but outgrown no pockets unfortunately 💐also no fabric ticket...iv loved them many colours of t shirts etc..thinish fabric.....could easily fit a medium
