These are brand new hush puppies,they say size 5. 
 38.. but they will rather fit a size 4 with narrow feet they seem narrow, perhaps I had narrow feet then 🙄🤔
I wore them once and they were stored ever since,think greatermans or stuttafords in the day...
Hush puppies are known to be a smaller fit and I I never knew this at the time..patent leather..and perhaps would fit even a size 3 ..a pity because they are fashionable now,sorry I can't go less because I have to replace the shoes🤗
