The cutest Vintage co-ord set!! 
Ruffle sleeve top with 3/4 sleeves and bow detail at the front, blue piping.
The skirt is double layered with loose panels, elasticated waist.
Size sticker in skirt indicates size 2, would say to fit size Small
Made in France, fabric a blend of cotton and Acrylic and others, see last photo. 
Please note that the fabric is quite sheer, and has a few spots and slight discolouration. 
This is such a beautiful set, perfect for girls brunch.
