I got it back in 2000 and something as a combo with another camera. It has been sitting in a cupboard ever since. Its first use was taking the sample photos included in this add. 

Really easy to use zoom lens. Autofocus is fast. It even has a macro mode which achieves surprisingly close focus. 

Batteries and Case included. Unfortunately I don't have any spare memory cards lying around.
