Gorgeous Jacques Pierre Couture blazer

It's an amazing shape and nice and heavy. Fully lined with padded shoulders. 

It has these really nice metal buttons as seen in the pictures. 

I bought it for a work event last year but unfortunately it doesn't fit me anymore. There are a few hooked threads on it but overall its in great condition. 

I was told that it was custom and there isn't a size anywhere. I'd say it's a woman's medium but the measurements are:

Shoulder to shoulder: 39cm
Across chest: 30cm
