* Collection Preferred: Due to the size and fragile nature of this mirror, we do not offer courier services.
* Courier Arrangements: Should the Buyer wish to have the mirror couriered, the Buyer is solely responsible for arranging, booking and paying for their preferred courier.
* Protective Packaging: If the Buyer requires additional protective packaging (such as bubble wrap, corner protectors or similar materials), these must be purchased by the Buyer and delivered to us in advance (for example, via Takealot or another retailer) before collection by the courier.
* Condition Record: Prior to collection by the Buyer or the Buyer’s appointed courier, we will photograph the mirror in its current condition, including a date and time stamp, for record and verification purposes.
* Risk Transfer: Once the mirror has been collected by the Buyer or the Buyer’s appointed courier, all risk transfers immediately to the Buyer. We accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, breakage, loss or mishandling occurring during or after transport.
* Inspection: Buyers in person or via video, or their appointed courier are encouraged to inspect the mirror before collection. Collection constitutes acceptance of the mirror’s condition.
* No Returns for Transit Damage: Returns, refunds or claims will not be accepted for damage, breakage or defects arising during or after collection by the Buyer or their nominated courier.
