Book is a encyclopaedia about Pokémon. It is in good condition and is very fun too read through. 

The cards are split into 2 packs

The first one is 100% real and is all from Pokémon packs and is sorted out and shown on the picture of all the cards on the table. Some are in good condition and some are not, it is not cards that should be graded. They are good for kids or for collectors.

The other pack with the rubber band around are fake and are not mixed with the real ones. They are great for kids to play with.
