Empisal Creations sewing machine. It works well, I just can't get the tension right. 
Machine bought new and used about 5 times. It was serviced. 
The accessory box got lost in a move, but the machine works perfectly fine without it.
Please note there are tiny scuff marks in the front.
No manual or box.
