Vintage black velvet pencil skirt. Small slits on side. Lined. Has belt loops. Made in Italy.
Small area where pile is missing, which I hadn't even noticed until I took a photo of the slit (picture 5). 100% cotton. Size marked is 48, but it's probably a 32 or 34.
