Vintage pre-1994 Police flat cap with neck flap. 

A really cool find for your militaria or, South African history or police memorabilia collection.

Cap has seen good use and is not perfect. 

Note:
- Missing one press stud from flap. 
- Stowed ear flaps have been sewn in place (one with Purple thread)
