The fabric is like a soft thin stretch denim which is very comfortable to wear for Summer. It's not too thick and not too thin. Just the right weight and quality. Could also be nice for Winter with tights underneath. 

Surprisingly it goes with quite a few colours even a light beige t-shirt works. 

Label is Sinsay. It's a Russian brand and I bought it online. 

Size is an extra small or a size 6
