yea this is the one above the standard version (600) and i indeed paid R2.3k (rn it’s the black friday special). and honestly have you ever wondered why the plakkie, khaki shorts, kway merchants run this exact outfit architype ? BECAUS IT WORKS. one day i got soaked in the rain, my big boots were wet, my pants were wet. youd think that long pants and winter boots keeps you dry. WRONG. you’ll get soaked from the bottom either way. hence why the kway merchants wear plakkies and shorts during winter. it’s actually genius. now the question arises “but what what if i get cold” . this is wear the kway jacket comes into play. holy shit does this thing block every form of weather. it doesn’t make sense how light it is compared to how well it combats intense weather. i’ve actually had two of these and my first one got stolen. i am a kway fan but its time to try some new pieces.
