DJI Osmo Plus Hand Held Gymbal Camera with optical Zoom. 

This Camera has not been used much at all, the battery still lasts up to 40 min or more depending. 

It comes with a carry case, charger and an adapter to attach it to DJI Phantom 4 batteries for extended operating time for taking long time lapse shots. 

You will notice one of the Phone mount handles missing, but it still grips the phone fine no problems. 
The camera is in 100% working condition no problems.
