Really beautiful skirt with big box pleats. Fabric has a great and subtle striped texture to it, elevating it from a normal basic. Elastic in the back makes it super comfortable and flattering, but also size adjustable. Could be very vintage and cute, but also grunge and cool with a pair of docs. Great for twirling. Brand is Oakridge for Mr Price
