This was a compulsory book we had to buy back in 2003 when I enrolled for a diploma in Hospitality. I switched over to another course and never used the book. Been keeping it for so long, because it truly is one amazing food book to have. 

The inside pages of the book is in excellent condition, like new. The outside has light discoloration on the sides, but overall in a good condition. 

This is the perfect gift for anyone who has a passion for cooking, baking or is interested to study in this direction! ♡
